Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW
You will provide key administrative support for the Education Training Reform Process at Ciarb. The Education Training Reform process is an ambitious project with the aim of reviewing and reforming our globally renowned qualifications and courses.
This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the smooth functioning of design process and will provide opportunities for the right candidate in developing administrative processes and procedures to maximise the operational benefits of our new curricula.
You will be responsible for delivering an exemplary service to both internal and external stakeholders, providing timely support and administrative functions.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Previous experience of an administrative office-based role ideally in a project or product delivery environment
- A problem solver, someone who can think outside of the box and has excellent attention to detail whilst working independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Demonstrates strong organisational skills and effective time management
- Experienced and skilled in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to use multiple systems with pace
- Experience of database management through Excel
- Strong commitment to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion fostering a collaborative environment amongst their team and the wider organisation
- Experience within a membership organisation, education body or training organisation would be an advantage.
- Experience of use of a CRM, MIS or EMR would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support related to the educational training reform process
- Providing exceptional verbal and written communication with our members and academic faculty involved in the educational reform
- Taking accountability for general email accounts, providing responses to queries, managing communications to members and academic faculty and following escalation procedures when necessary.
- Taking responsibility for the diary management of educational reform meetings and workshops.
- Providing support in meetings with stakeholders to distribute agendas and take minutes.
- Providing support to the development of courses and assessments through the collation of documents generated by subject matter experts.
- Maintaining accurate records and data within the Customer Relationship Management system and other internal databases.
