JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing data entry tasks, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires proficiency in various software applications, strong clerical skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications is required.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in support roles is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with construction office procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
