Overview:
Element has an exciting opportunity for a Saudi National Female Administrator to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in administration within a global TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) business.
Responsibilities:
- Report Processing, Invoicing, Filing, Sample receiving etc
- Primary Function and Responsibilities Integrate all test results to report templates ensuring reports are typed correctly and completed within the agreed timescale
- Coordinate with laboratory operational staff to ensure accurate and appropriate information in order to deliver exceptional reporting standards
- Refer queries to the appropriate operational staff and follow up as required
- Proficient in computer software, with excellent skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Skills / Qualifications:
- A science background and education to A level is preferred
- Relevant experience within an office environment would be advantageous
- Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety
