Overview:
Element has an exciting opportunity for a Saudi National Female Administrator to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in administration within a global TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) business.

Responsibilities:

  • Report Processing, Invoicing, Filing, Sample receiving etc
  • Primary Function and Responsibilities Integrate all test results to report templates ensuring reports are typed correctly and completed within the agreed timescale
  • Coordinate with laboratory operational staff to ensure accurate and appropriate information in order to deliver exceptional reporting standards
  • Refer queries to the appropriate operational staff and follow up as required
  • Proficient in computer software, with excellent skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

Skills / Qualifications:

  • A science background and education to A level is preferred
  • Relevant experience within an office environment would be advantageous
  • Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety
