Description:
My client is a well-known law firm based in Observatory in Cape-Town, is looking for a new administrator to join the team. Do you have experience in this industry and looking to elevate your career to the next level, then please read on to see if you qualify.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed matric/ Grade 12.
- 1-3 years’ experience as an administrator.
- Code 8 driver’s license (manual transmission).
- Excellent Microsoft office Skills. (Excel, Word Oulook etc.)
- Excellent English Skills. (Written and spoken)
- Some legal knowledge will be advantageous
- Live within 20km of Observatory.
Responsibilities:
- Using company car/ own car to drive to Courts and/or other parties as required for work purposes.
- Managing personal and attorneys’ diaries.
- Liaise with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
- Updating clients, colleagues and systems.
- Must take initiative in getting work done efficiently and assist team members as required.
- Able to learn quickly and work on our web-based systems.
- Other ad-hoc administration duties·
