- Knowledge of accounting and processes, specifically invoicing experience is essential.
- Strong Administration background
- Exceptional attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (particularly Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Loads of initiative and ability to take action to solve problems.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as being part of a cohesive and successful team.
Responsibilities:
PlaceMakers Frame & Truss continuously strives to provide the best when it comes to our building and trade customer base. An opportunity now exists for an experienced administrator with a flair for invoicing, where you will provide support to the wider front office and factory team. Daily you will be responsible for but not limited to the following responsibilities –
- Generate and process invoices.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in documentation to ensure billing accuracy.
- Communicate with internal and external parties to address and resolve any invoicing-related queries.
- Answer main phone line and respond/action any customer queries via phone and email.
- Liaise with key contacts within the PlaceMakers Branch network.
- Input new jobs
- General administration support as required.
