JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the administrative tasks of our dental office. This role requires proficiency in handling front desk operations and ensuring a smooth flow of communication between patients and dental staff.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting office visitors and managing patient intake
  • Answering and routing incoming calls, emails, and texts
  • Scheduling and managing patient appointments
  • Updating profile and insurance information
  • Submissions of claims and collecting payments
  • Assist with billing inquiries and maintain organized financial records.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming for patients.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and address any scheduling conflicts.
  • Performing other administrative duties as required
