Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As the Administrator for Green Bay Kindergarten, you will work closely with the teachers, team members, and the diverse families in our community to create an exciting learning environment for our children. You will be responsible for the day-to-day kindergarten administration processes, including enrolments and accounts, as well as providing support with additional tasks as requested by the Head Kaiako.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- have previous administration and accounts experience, preferably in an Early Childhood environment, but this is not essential
- be a confident communicator displaying professional maturity
- able to build and maintain outstanding relationships with our diverse community
- be flexible, adaptable and a collaborative team player who is not afraid to pitch in where needed
- be able to self-manage, uses initiative, and work independently to achieve positive outcomes
- have strong computer skills (preferably using Mac)
- have strong attention to detail
