Rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours: 15-20 hours per week (flexible)

We’re passionate about helping businesses in the Construction Industry thrive. As a forward-thinking accounting and business advisory firm, I pride our service on delivering personalised support to our clients.
It is just myself, the director of Expand at the moment, but this role is to take some off my plate to push the business further, which can/will turn in to a full-time role if you wish.
The business is growing fast in a short space of time so we are looking to compound that growth.
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrator to join us remotely. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on taking initiative, enjoys variety, and is eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Admin Tasks:
  • Email management.
  • Following up / Chasing Clients
  • Scheduling work and maintaining our CRM system. (Training provided)
  • General admin duties.
  • Light Bookkeeping (Training provided)
  • Maintaining client records & reconciling accounts. (Training provided)
  • Supporting clients with basic bookkeeping queries.
  • Marketing Admin such as:

Scheduling social media posts.

  • Client Support:

Occasionally calling clients to check in and see how they’re doing.

Supporting with ad-hoc client queries.

  • Helping Create/Update Processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organised & detail-oriented.
  • Excellent initiative – you can spot what needs doing without being told.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Decent tech skills (training provided for specific software).
  • Preferred but not essential: Experience with bookkeeping.
