REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manipulate and analyse data effectively.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with site installers, utilising their documentation and installation records exported from specialist software to Excel, to process and modify/update installation records.
- Manage and update installation records on Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Efficiently log enquiries for quotation, maintaining a comprehensive and organised system.
- Assist in setting up new projects by creating SharePoint entries, record on Construct Cloud software, and uploading data to recording software.
- Coordinate the creation and sharing of documentation between Operations Management and clients, ensuring effective communication and smooth workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone queries promptly and directing them to the appropriate team member.
