Description:
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Administrator to join our HR team supporting with all administrative processing of essential HR documentation. This role will be site based in Hinckley with some occasional travel to Coventry required. This role would suit a strong Administrator who would be interested in a long term career in HR.
YOUR KEY SKILLS
- Previous administration experience is essential with a strong eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills with competency in Ms Office and Excel
- Prior experience in a high volume administration
- Ability to work under own initiative when necessary
- Interest in a long term HR career path
Responsibilities:
- Support the HR team with basic contractual change administration, general coordination of meetings and minute taking.
- Scanning and maintenance of personnel files in line with GDPR.
- Administer new starters, changes and leavers process ensuring these are followed up diligently and that all aspects of the processes are adhered to, working closely with the Payroll and Finance Departments.
- Maintain accurate absence data on absence reporting KPI and return to work trackers, ensuring that all return to work interviews are completed by line managers.
- Support the HR team in arranging meetings in relation to sickness absence, including letter administration, diary management and minute taking. Work with managers to ensure meetings take place. Support the team in maintaining the data management of the sickness absence system. Ensure that the system is up to date, accurate and run regular reports.
- To perform other related duties as assigned to support the achievement of Company objectives.
- Produce monthly reports providing employee information to our corporate headquarters
