Now Hiring: Administrator, Investor Services (12-month Contract)
Working within the Investor Experience sector of TSX Trust and reporting to the Team Lead of Investor Services, the Investor Services team is a dynamic, collaborative, and highly efficient team responsible for timely response to written and verbal correspondence from security holders, their representatives and the investment community. The Administrator, Investor Services, is a representative of the TMX brand providing exceptional support to our clients as they connect with us in various channels of communication, phone, email, and mail
Location: Toronto, 5 days/week at the office

Key Accountabilities:

  • Proactively engage with security holders through all available communication channels to deliver a world-class customer service experience aiming for first point of contact resolution
  • Focus on helping clients with high-level expertise, by responding accurately and empathetically to a variety of questions, assisting with numerous transfer-related requests and alleviating any concerns
  • Contribute to the team results and exacting standards by supporting the success of all colleagues in satisfying clients’ needs
  • Cultivate cohesive relationships with partners and departments to work as part of one TSX Trust team
  • Manage risks by adhering to compliance practises, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests and privacy
  • Coach and assist clients with using TSX Trust digital tools
  • Exacting delivery of account statements, updating account information, placing lost security stops, releasing access codes and voting control numbers.
  • Identifying and informing management of complaints as well as trends and opportunities to improve service levels.
  • Cross functional support for Legal and Estates Operations Team

Must Have (S):

  • 1 year+ experience working in an administrative role or Contact/Call Centre within in a fast paced financial and/or service industry
  • A self-starter and self-directed learner with proven time management, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Professional level written and verbal communication skills
  • First-rate client service capability and enjoys engaging with clients to deliver practical solutions, while working independently and as part of a diverse and high-performing team
  • Ability in building rapport and strengthening client relationships
  • Desire to build exceptional client experiences, and is passionate and curious to help clients meet their needs and resolve their concerns
  • Thoroughness in conducting extensive research into current and historical records to deliver precise results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite/Google Workspace necessary
  • Strong accountability, deductive reasoning and takes pride in the ownership of assigned tasks
  • Personal flexibility to work overtime when required

  • Bilingual French and English an asset
