Responsibilities:

CORE DUTIES:

  • Manage incoming calls, messages, and greet customers, directing them appropriately
  • Sort, file, and process necessary paperwork while liaising branches
  • Coordinate appointments, mail, and courier services
  • Support HR with onboarding new employees, managing documentation, and reconciliation of receipts
  • Maintain office supplies and organization, supporting staff with paperwork completion
  • Ensuring all packing slips match invoices and that all appropriate paperwork is obtained and filed
