Description:
We’re looking for an Administrator to join our Anglian Water team based in Norwich
Location: Whitlingham, Norwich
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
As an Administrator, you’ll be working within the Anglian Water IOS (integrated operational solutions) team, supporting the construction team with updating documentation, archiving and preparation of files. You’ll work closely with the Scheduling Team Leader, Construction Manager and Resource Manager as well as the wider team.
Your day to day will include:
- Data entry, accurately transfering into systems and databases
- Provide support to the IOS team as required, including assisting with inductions
- Assist with the management of office consumables, PPE and updating notice boards
- To work with the scheduling team leader to ensure bookings for jobs and training are kept up to date
This role of Administrator is great for you if you hold:
- Experience working within an administrative role
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Good organisation, ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload
