Responsibilities:
As our Administrator, you will work closely with our Engineering teams to assist with delivery of projects; on a day-to-day basis, providing operational, financial, and administrative support.

- Assist with project setup, proposals, document preparation, follow document control processes, and e-filing.
- Data entry input for project cost tracking and management, assisting the Senior Engineers with project timeframes, including tracking delivery to meet our client deadlines.
- Organise and attend meetings including preparing and distributing agendas, presentations, take minutes and manage correspondence.
- Provide front desk reception cover at lunch time once a week and as required.
- Work closely with our wider Administration team, supporting the workload and other general administrative tasks as required for the Christchurch office.
