The Learning Operations Administrator will be a member of the Learning Operations team within DaVita University’s Center of Excellence (CoE). The CoE is a key component of the Wisdom department and learning strategy for the Village. The Administrator is responsible for working collaboratively with DaVita University teammates, as well as other Learning and Development teams to implement and maintain high-quality, high-impact training programs for all DaVita teammates. The primary responsibility of the Administrator is to organize, plan, and support delivery of various Leadership Development programs for our manager and/or Director level teammates.
Our ideal hire will have strong skills relating to technology (i.e. LMS administration), virtual learning platforms (especially MS Teams) and some experience supporting virtual or in person training programs or events. This person also has a strong desire to give back to our fellow teammates who provide lifesaving treatment for our patients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong written (email) and verbal (presentation) communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management capabilities
  • Attention to detail

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience with instructional media and coordinating training events
  • Experience producing virtual meetings or events in MS Teams, including proficiency in engagement tools such as whiteboards, chat, breakout rooms.
  • Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS), Cornerstone On Demand (CSOD) preferred
  • Experience with creating and editing spreadsheets in Smartsheet

TRAVEL AND TIME REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel: 10-20% (depending on location)
  • Nights and weekend work: 5-10%
  • No relocation provided

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates logistics and performs end-to-end planning for learning experiences in all modalities, including instructor-led (ILT), virtual instructor-led (VILT) and self-paced online programs.
  • Administers Learning Management System (LMS) key functions from start to finish for, including enrollment management, automation of emails and other items, sharing content and building curriculum and virtual learning communities
  • Support learner enrollments through effective communication and marketing strategies
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures, pre and post program, to ensure all tasks related to training are performed effectively and on time
  • Administers/produces training as needed to assist faculty with courses including interactive features, breakout sessions, and orientation to virtual technology for VILT and hotel contracting, coordinating food & beverage, room set-up, and on-site support for ILT.
  • Creates course evaluations in alignment with DVU templates and shares reports with program owners upon program completion
  • Ensure accuracy of eLearning content builds and upload to the LMS by following the Quality Assurance Process and LMS content upload checklist
  • Manage DVU responses to teammate inquiries through an outlook inbox and electronic task management system (TMSS)
