Description:

Located in downtown Kamloops, LMG Finance is a Canadian owned and operated finance and insurance outsource company specializing in arranging retail financing and leasing solutions for Canadian powersport, RV, marine and trailer dealerships. As the largest and most respected F&I outsource company in the industry, LMG offers a dynamic atmosphere where individuals can not only sharpen their current skills, but are also encouraged to continue expanding their professional development.

LMG is currently looking to strengthen our talented team by hiring an Administrator. This motivated individual will be required to:

  • Manage all aspects of preparing and processing finance and insurance documentation for our dealer clients
  • Liaise with dealers and banks regarding deal statuses and troubleshoot printing challenges
  • Interact with purchasing customers when required
  • Reconcile error reports from insurance and warranty service providers
  • Create and maintain internal bank procedures and funding checklists

Working knowledge of a finance institution, accounting firm or insurance company would be an asset, as would previous clerical and reception experience. As a successful candidate, you will have completed or are working towards a business or office administration diploma and/or have previous training in an office administration related position.
Compensation for this position will be $21.63 - $22.36. Our company also offers employee group health and dental benefits.
