Responsibilities:
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out monthly checks on fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, and legionella compliance.
- Process assets for calibration by liaising with the HQ admin team.
- Manage goods-in, keeping accurate records and handling associated queries.
- Support the HQ admin team with vehicle coordination, including on-hire/off-hire inspections and key distribution.
- General office upkeep, ensuring the office is well-maintained and supplies are stocked.
- Handle project invoicing, updating sales orders, and monitoring vehicle invoices for accuracy.
- Oversee the supply chain control email, ensuring prompt responses and updates.
- Keep the suppliers list up to date, including descriptions of services and goods provided.
- Maintain a schedule of suppliers’ insurance documents and certifications.
- Ensure the supplier approval process is accurate, including bank account checks.
- Set up new customers and suppliers on Sage, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
- Check and verify expense receipts for submission.
- Support the SHEQ team with completing and submitting new customer forms.
