- Experience in transactional finance tasks (experience using University of Otago systems is preferred).

FURTHER DETAILS/PŪROKO
This is a permanent, part-time position, based in Dunedin.
Hours of work will ideally be around 26.25 per week (0.7FTE), but flexibility may be possible on negotiation for the right person. Please indicate in your application what hours you are looking for.
The appointment range for this role is $59,285 to $63,651. Top of range is $68,744 (pro rata).

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be part of a team of Administrators and Executive Assistants within the Research and External Engagement Divisions.
Your role will be to provide high quality support to the Marketing and Communications offices and their internal and external customers, although you may be required to assist in other areas as needed.
Your days will be filled with a variety of administrative responsibilities, and you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of these offices.
Tasks will range from coordinating travel arrangements and supporting meetings, to distributing publications and completing transactional finance processes such as PCard coding, invoice generation, and staff and non-staff reimbursements.
