Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

  • Raising requisitions & general admin for material and services
  • Ensuring all relevant paperwork is received from site.
  • Creating service entries & processing goods receipt notes
  • Notifying the involved for taking appropriate action on the pending documents and invoices
  • Database/Register Maintenance
  • General office management duties associated with this role.
  • Manage flights and travel details for staff.
  • Manage accommodation for European teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA FOR THE ROLE:

  • Strong administration skills.
  • Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Pride in the quality and presentation of work
  • Excellent communication skills
