Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 Administrator / Receptionist position to provide administrative support to the Community Recovery Hub and reception service to people who access the service, their families and friends. This role will be supported by a Band 4 Admin Manager in the Hub.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, well-organised person who is proficient in using IT systems and eager to join a dynamic team.
The Drug and Alcohol service in the Isle of Wight is provided by Inclusion, which is part of Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. At Inclusion we believe that the individuals and families who use our services should receive a high quality, committed and inclusive service.

Responsibilities:

MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

To provide reception duties within the hub at the Recovery Drug and Alcohol Service
To provide a welcoming environment to people who access the service and their families and carers
Preserve and uphold confidentiality of all client information.
Maintain administrative processes
Be familiar with the confidential referral system operated by the team.
Provide callers, G.Ps, other professionals, staff , people who access the service and other agencies with educational information and self-help materials.
