Description:
THIS IS A PERMANENT, FULL TIME 38 HOUR SUNDAY TO SATURDAY (ON A ROTA BASIS) BASED IN MUSGRAVE MARKETPLACE, PENNYBURN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, DERRY.

Responsibilities:
- Complete all new starter Inductions and onboarding paperwork
- Complete right to work checks with new starts
- Maintain and scan staff training records to HR
- Engagement champion, supporting local initiatives, fundraisers and events
- Collate weekly clock in hours and submit to the payroll team
- Manage and update absence tracker and holiday trackers
- Process invoices and raise PO’s to ensure all account payments are kept up to date
- Maintain uniform stock
- Create and maintain new customer accounts
- Cycle count set up and investigations
- Point of sale set up for new promotions
- Gap checks and SEL checks
- Adhoc admin duties, including, scanning, printing, post etc.
