POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an Administration Officer to provide essential administrative support to our team at NEPEAN Belting. In this role, you will play a key part in managing administrative tasks across various project activities, ensuring smooth operations and helping us meet our business objectives.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Intermediate level), experience with Pronto and Redmap software is desirable
  • Organisational Skills: Strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, subcontractors, etc.)
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop solutions proactively

Responsibilities:

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:

  • Checking and managing NEPEAN admin email accounts (daily)
  • Weekly timesheet processing, leave forms, and payroll data entry
  • Assisting with dispatch documentation for projects
  • Managing stationary orders, transport dockets, and general office administration
  • Providing support with filing, scanning, Bundy Cards, and client visit management.
  • Maintaining rosters and accommodation bookings.
