We are seeking an Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will provide administrative support to the Director of Operations, other Directors and staff generally for their allocated offices/sectors.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages reception duties ie. greeting visitors to office, answering telephone calls, processing emails to general email address and processing mail
  • Manages conference and meeting room bookings and car parking spaces
  • General administrative support to Directors and staff
  • Manages the day-to-day management of office facilities, H&S protocols, “office” related QA aspects (to ISO 9001), environmental aspects (to ISO 14001)
  • Orders office consumables as required
  • Manages Sub Consultant relations
  • Maintains a record of sub-consultants and ensures that credit checks, PI insurance and SSIP is maintained for each company.
  • Maintains NORR info on Supplier Platforms where NORR are a sub-consultant
  • Manages office petty cash system
  • Inputs to Constructionline and Build on line accreditations under direction of the Director of Operations
  • Manages Safety Scheme In Procurement (SSIP) under direction of the Director of Operations
  • Organises travel and accommodation for staff as required
  • Undertakes document control for projects within allocated sectors as required
  • Coordinates project billings/invoices on a monthly/ad-hoc basis for allocated sectors
  • Manages central NORR email inbox
  • Other administrative duties as required

Required Skills

  • Have successfully completed related post-secondary education equivalent to a college diploma in office administration or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience
