Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing office operations and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will organise meetings, handle correspondence, and maintain office supplies, contributing to an efficient and productive work environment.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week.

AS PART OF YOUR ROLE, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Manage office operations and administrative tasks
  • Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence and documentation
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication within the office
  • Maintain a well-organised and tidy office environment
