Description:

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a part time Administrator to join our team in Dinnington. You will be responsible for supporting our branch with all things admin, ensuring customers’ receive a rapid response and assist with the smooth running of the branch. If you are organised, efficient and have an eye for detail, then this is the role for you!

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

  • Computer skills – familiar with Excel and Word
  • Administrative experience
  • Has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the branch email inbox and replies.
  • Extensive communication via email and telephone internal and external customers.
  • Raising purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Raising work orders.
  • Electronic filing and reporting vehicle defects.
  • Updating the waste log.
  • Updating our CRM.
  • Supporting the warehouse and driving team with admin duties.
