Responsibilities:
Become a valued part of our People and Culture team as an Administrator within the Operations team. This role provides crucial administrative support during an exciting phase as BHI implements a new HR system.
You will work closely with Advisors and Business Partners in a supportive and friendly environment at our Box Hill campus, with some hybrid working options available.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with employee checks such as Working with Children Checks, National Police Checks, and Right to Work verifications;
- Managing flexible working requests from employees;
- Processing employee contracts and variations in our systems, and
- Recruitment support
Reporting to the Senior People and Culture Business Partner, this role is available initially on a casual full-time basis to June 2025 and offers an hourly rate of $37.57.
