Description:

We currently have an opening for an Administrator, People & Culture (Student) in our Fredericton, NB or Moncton, NB office.
The successful candidate will have the following:

EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role or administrative studies and/or a combination of experience and education.
  • Have an interest in Human Resources or pursuing an education in Human Resources
  • Attention to detail.
  • Active listening.
  • Experience in the engineering consulting industry is considered an asset.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:

  • Provide and maintain confidential administrative support for the People & Culture (P&C) team.
  • Assist with various P&C projects.
  • Assist with various Health & Safety projects.
  • Assist with various Quality Management projects.
  • Adhering to all company policies.
  • Other duties as require

Responsibilities:
