We currently have an opening for an Administrator, People & Culture (Student) in our Fredericton, NB or Moncton, NB office.
The successful candidate will have the following:
EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role or administrative studies and/or a combination of experience and education.
- Have an interest in Human Resources or pursuing an education in Human Resources
- Attention to detail.
- Active listening.
- Experience in the engineering consulting industry is considered an asset.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
- Provide and maintain confidential administrative support for the People & Culture (P&C) team.
- Assist with various P&C projects.
- Assist with various Health & Safety projects.
- Assist with various Quality Management projects.
- Adhering to all company policies.
- Other duties as require
Responsibilities:
