Job Description
Working in our busy Process Plant department, this role provides professional office administration and support to the team.
- Receive and distribute messages and documents to staff as appropriate.
- Provide a professional delivery of word processing service to the managers and superintendents in the plant administration building.
- Photocopy documents as required.
- Ensure photocopiers and printers are maintained in optimal working condition.
- Responsible for maintaining stationery and office supplies.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for process plant staff and visitors
- Pronto – updating of purchase orders as necessary
- Maintain emergency evacuation checklists
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current full New Zealand driver’s licence
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in business administration/support, database management, or project coordination type roles
- Advanced computer literacy skills with MS Office and database systems
- Experience supporting multiple projects at once
- MS Project skills will be highly regarded
- Strong detail orientation and ability to keep data integrity through multiple transactions (verbal and data input)
- Superior problem solving, organisational and planning skills
