Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Ranworth Surgery has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive administrator/receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis for 30 hours per week.

The shifts are as follows;

  • Monday 12.30pm - 6.30pm
  • Tuesday non working day
  • Wednesday 9am - 6.30pm
  • Thursday 8am - 6.30pm
  • Friday 12.30 - 6.30pm

The position will be undertaking a wide range of reception and administrative duties and the provision of general support to the multidisciplinary team.

Duties will include;

  • Greeting and directing patients.
  • Carrying out patient registrations.
  • Booking appointments, maintaining and monitoring the appointment system.
  • Processing of information (electronic and hard copy) and assisting patients as required.
  • Acting as a point of contact for patients, the distribution of information, messages and enquiries for the clinical team.
  • Liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.
