Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reception and front of house duties
- Room bookings, access management, and facilities support
- Making sure Institute printers and equipment remain in good working order, coordinating with central teams and external vendors for maintenance and repairs when required
- Supporting with events when required
- Supporting the Institute Team Leader and Institute Operations Manager with general administration and one-off project support when required.
- Supporting the Institute Team Leader with Postgraduation administration.
- Key to your success in this role will be your ability to build and maintain strong relationships, underpinned by a focus on customer service
