Administrator - Part Time (20-25 hours) - Fixed Term Contract
Wotton under Edge
A vacancy has arisen for an Administrator to work part time for 12 months (maternity cover) within the Position Measurement Group (PMG) at our New Mills site.
The successful candidate will support the group with a broad range of administrative tasks and will work with the management team to encourage all staff to follow correct processes, ensuring the smooth running of the office. They will be a central point of contact for the group so must be professional, approachable, and able to maintain strict levels of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administration assistance for the office
  • E-Learning course creation and administration of Workday Learning
  • Producing reports
  • Maintaining contact lists and organisational charts
  • Organising and scheduling meetings, training and booking of facilities
  • Co-ordinating with other company services such as Works Engineering & Business Systems
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Administration of the Alcumus Health & Safety system

Key requirements

  • A good level of education (GCSE level minimum) including Maths and English
  • A high standard of PC literacy, with experience of all Microsoft Office packages

Desirable requirements

  • Experience in a similar role
