SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Coordinate Service Engineers by allocating tasks and recording activity information in a Service Management System. Interacting with front-line customers by phone/email and completing general Sales and Service administrative tasks, such as contracts and quotations

• Communicate directly with customers (logging service calls, giving updates, admin with customers headoffices)
• Coordinate service engineers’ activities (maintenance, breakdowns & quoted works)Proactively trigger escalations when necessary
• Maintain the Service Management system in real-time
• Administer quotations for product sales and service activities
• Ensure all requirements under H&S legislation and required quality systems are actively adhered to
• Actively demonstrate the support of other areas/departments within the company to ensure a team spirit isobserved
• Any other reasonable request compatible with the job description
