Responsibilities:

  • 12 months experience of working in a trading and shipping environment
  • Experience of preparing quarterly VAT return invoices
  • Experience of setting up processes/procedures from scratch or suggesting improvements
  • Experience in generating & gathering documents relating to shipments in conjunction with operations.
  • Experience of accounts payable, invoices admin & management
  • Experience in the preparation of purchasing & sales contracts
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge and ability
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in shipping administration
  • Office/Administrative/Secretarial/qualification
  • Good IT skills, using email, Word, Excel & accounts system
  • Strong administrator, and able to handle a degree of complexity.
  • Strong attention to detail & accuracy
  • Proactive, self-starter and good at follow through
  • Good communication skills with customers, suppliers, third parties.
