Responsibilities:
- 12 months experience of working in a trading and shipping environment
- Experience of preparing quarterly VAT return invoices
- Experience of setting up processes/procedures from scratch or suggesting improvements
- Experience in generating & gathering documents relating to shipments in conjunction with operations.
- Experience of accounts payable, invoices admin & management
- Experience in the preparation of purchasing & sales contracts
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge and ability
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in shipping administration
- Office/Administrative/Secretarial/qualification
- Good IT skills, using email, Word, Excel & accounts system
- Strong administrator, and able to handle a degree of complexity.
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Proactive, self-starter and good at follow through
- Good communication skills with customers, suppliers, third parties.
