Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Assist the Contract Manager with administrative tasks and support site-based Facility Managers with scheduling and administrative duties.
  • Cover the helpdesk function for PPP contracts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Manage and provide regular updates on assigned projects while balancing responsibilities across multiple sites.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of contract specifications and requirements, reflecting these in work and service delivery.
  • Enforce statutory, company, and site Health & Safety compliance and seek opportunities to add value to the service provided.
