Description:
Provides a comprehensive administrative service to the Integrated Pharmacy team. Produces reports, correspondence and other documents for use by Assistant Directors of Pharmacy and the Integrated Pharmacy Team. Produces rotas for staffing where necessary Acts as a main point of contact, fielding and signposting enquiries as appropriate Organise meetings and arranging room bookings. Maintains electronic staff records.
Prepares Allocate in accordance with local procedure for payroll ready for finalisation/authorisation by a senior manager. Disseminates Trust information ensuring information is timely and relevant. Liaises with external stakeholders and local community pharmacies Please note it is a requirement of The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust that all successful candidates who require a DBS for the post they have been offered pay for their DBS certificate.The method of payment is a salary deduction from your first months pay.
