Description:
Planning, design and implementation of the LTSA managed voice networks and platforms. All aspects relating to delivery of voice services and system architecture from a core and enterprise managed service perspective.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years in the ICT industry, preferably in an operator environment. - Desirable
- Experience working with leading edge communications infrastructure and operations. - Desirable
Knowledge Areas:
- Broad technical knowledge of telecommunications and IT services and operations. - Desirable
- Excellent knowledge of voice and unified communications technologies and networks. - Desirable
- Good knowledge of project management. - Essential
- Regulatory and statutory knowledge. - Desirable
- Strong knowledge of typical planning & design tools and troubleshooting procedures. - Desirable
- Skilled in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint amongst others. - Essential
