Are you enthusiastic and highly organised, with a passion for providing excellent customer service in a dynamic environment?
The College of Health and Science is a vibrant and ambitious college with a keen focus on supporting and developing professional services colleagues within the team. We are looking to recruit an Administrator to support the National Centre for Food Manufacturing, part of the School of Agri-Food Technology and Manufacturing.
Based at our Holbeach campus, the role supports the delivery of a range of projects and short courses. The workload is varied, and no two days are the same, therefore you will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, balancing teamwork and independent working. You will have great communication skills, which will be key in supporting learners and developing positive relationships with a range of employers and other external stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective administration of a wide range of activities, working in close collaboration with academic staff and other professional services within the School and the wider University to support the School’s strategic aims.
Our ideal candidate will be proactive and able to work on their own initiative to deliver service improvements. You will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent support for students, staff, and other stakeholders, in a busy and dynamic environment.
The University of Lincoln offers exciting career opportunities with the chance to grow and develop to reach your full potential. We also offer a wide range of staff benefits, including a generous annual leave allowance of 30 days per year pro rata (plus an additional 14 bank holiday and concessionary days), progressive pay rates, access to discounts at popular stores and more.
If you share our drive to enable students to succeed, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced and friendly environment, we would love to hear from you.
