Responsibilities:
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING DAILY OFFICE OPERATIONS, INCLUDING SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS, HANDLING CORRESPONDENCE, DATA ENTRY AND MAINTAINING FILING SYSTEMS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and edit documents, reports and presentations
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Manage office communications, including phone calls and emails
- Address and resolve basic inquiries from clients and staff
- Coordinating meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and arrange for repairs when necessary
Ordering and managing office suppliesSupport special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management
THIS ROLE REQUIRES THE ABILITY TO MULTITASK, A PROACTIVE APPROACH TO PROBLEM-SOLVING AND EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
