Responsibilities:

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING DAILY OFFICE OPERATIONS, INCLUDING SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS, HANDLING CORRESPONDENCE, DATA ENTRY AND MAINTAINING FILING SYSTEMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports and presentations
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Manage office communications, including phone calls and emails
  • Address and resolve basic inquiries from clients and staff
  • Coordinating meetings and taking meeting minutes
  • Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and arrange for repairs when necessary
  • Ordering and managing office suppliesSupport special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management
