Working Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible start and finish times
Salary: Starting from £24,000 dependent on experience
Within VIVO we are currently recruiting for an Administrator who will support the Operations Team at MoD Lyneham on the Accommodation contract. You will also be managing some elements of the specialist Supply Chain team.
As part of this role, you will be primarily be responsible for managing data in excel, using trackers to capture data. You will also be issuing purchase orders to specialist supply chain, manging supply chain, closing work orders and monitoring an email inbox for incoming queries.

What you’ll need to do this role
You will use your previous experience within in busy, fast paced administration positions to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines. This role will include data processing so it is essential that you are IT proficient, with experience using MS Excel and it is highly desirable that you have previously used Maximo.
It is desirable that you have experience of operating within either an MOD or Construction/Property Maintenance environment.
You must be able to pass BPSS Clearance to be considered for this role.
