Job Description
The Admission Associate (AA) works among a team of 10 to manage the applications for approximately 40,000 applicants to the undergraduate program (freshman and transfer), provide exceptional service to professional communication with to applicants, parents, school counselors, teachers, and other constituents via phone, email, and mail.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with 1-3 years of related experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Technolutions’ Slate CRM and web-based applications, desired.

Responsibilities:
The AA manages technical aspects of the admission and communication processes within the Slate CRM and applicant tracking system, including but not limited to: application creation, record maintenance, data and reporting, query and report building, event/webinar creation, registration, and management, decision notifications, and office email communication flows.
Additionally, the AA will:
- Develop a high-level understanding of the admission process and procedures in order to answer questions from inquiries as part of the AA team. Team members respond to a high volume of email and phone calls daily.
- Provide administrative coordination and support for marketing initiatives, events, and admission events.
- Perform high volume of electronic data entry including, but not limited to, admission inquiry, applicant credentials, and interview scheduling within the CRM, Slate.
- Adhere to admission business processes and systems (i.e., data integrity protocols) on an ongoing basis. Assist with the duplicate resolution process and maintaining data quality in the admissions CRM.
- Work in collaboration with members of the admission recruitment staff to support special projects. Provide back-up support to customer service/front-desk reception.
- Assume additional responsibilities, as assigned.
The AA works among a team of AA’s and with administrative staff, the Office of Student Services, the Office of International Students and Scholars, First Year Experience, and Residential Life.

Hiring Range: $23.47/hr to $29.34/hr
