Job Description:

• Develop course outlines, lesson plans, and course materials for mental wellness/therapist training programs
• Deliver training sessions to mental health professionals on topics such as counselling techniques, therapy approaches, and mental health assessment
• Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different groups of mental health professionals
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in the field of mental health therapy and integrate new information into training programs
• Appoint as in house counsellor and Therapist to attend to clients.
• Perform admission counsellor with some admission administration role.

Requirements:

• Degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for mental health professionals
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with online course development and delivery
• Certification in a specific therapy approach (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR)
• Certification in therapies in the area of Art, Colour, Dance and movement, Pet, Music, Spa Massage, Laughter and etc.
• Certification in Neuroarchitecture if any
