Responsibilities:
THIS ROLE IS AN 18 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT AND REQUIRES THE CANDIDATE TO BE ON CAMPUS 3-4 DAYS PER WEEK.
Main Responsibilities
- High-quality service provided to participants and stakeholders.
- Timely response to and resolution of enquiries, requests and issues.
- Meeting or exceeding targets and metrics.
- Contribution to the achievement of team targets.
- Up-to-date diary management.
- Accuracy and integrity of data in business systems.
- Development of relationships within and outside the team, and positive feedback from colleagues.
- Compliance with processes, procedures and standards.
- Contributions to process reviews and operational improvements.
