Administrative Assistant - Inpatient Bookings | Renacres Hospital | Full Time 37.5 Hours
The role
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing Inpatient and Daycase Bookings to provide a first-class service when listing patients for admission.

What you’ll bring with you

  • Knowledge and experience of Electronic Patient Records system (Maxims)
  • Knowledge and experience of patient bookings and schedule management
  • Experience of working as part of a team and with the consultant body
  • Experience of dealing with large volumes of work with a degree of interruption
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work to tight deadlines and targets
  • Ability to manage a varied, unpredictable, and demanding workload
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Ability to work to a high level of accuracy
