Description:
Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will play a key role in achieving the college’s learner recruitment targets, by focusing on various stages of the admissions process to raise conversion levels, and ultimately increase our learner numbers.
You will oversee a variety of campaigns including, encouraging acceptance of offers, re-engagement of applications that have become unresponsive, generating taster day bookings and improving attendance at those events. You will create and coordinate campaigns for various platforms including SMS, WhatsApp, email and phone.
You will also create campaigns aiming to convert enquiries received via email, live chat and phone lines, into applications.
