Primary Job Responsibilities will be: -
- Patient Communication: Provide clear, accurate information about surgical procedures, share the given leaflet, Pre-op post op instructions to ensure patients fully understand their options.
- Cost Transparency: Explain the costs associated with surgical procedures, including potential insurance coverage, payment plans, to help patients make informed decisions.
- Collaboration with Medical Staff: Work closely with doctors and surgical team to facilitate timely admissions and ensure all necessary pre-operative and post-operative information is conveyed to patients.
- Patient Advocacy: Act as a liaison between patients and medical staff, addressing any concerns or questions to promote a positive patient experience.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including consent forms, insurance information, and medical history, to support smooth admissions processes.
- Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to promote hospital surgical services, highlighting benefits and unique offerings.
- To support the other team members as and when required in reception, registration or translation.
- Perform all related duties as assigned by HOD/Reporting Manager.
