Description:

JOB SUMMARY

The Admissions Coordinator plays a vital role in the healthcare setting by managing patient admissions and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of medical terminology and coding. The ideal candidate will work closely with patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to facilitate efficient admissions while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to admissions processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Familiarity with office software and computerized record management systems.
  • Previous experience in an admissions office or clinic setting is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
