STANDARDS & REQUIREMENTS
Education: BA required. MA Preferred.
Experience: Experience in an Admissions or sales environment preferred.
Candidate Must Have the Following: 1) access to a reliable vehicle due to daily (local) travel requirements; 2) reliable home WiFi with appropriate workspace for virtual meetings and events.

Responsibilities:
POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY
Achieve Admissions enrolment goals by actively recruiting, advising, and encouraging students to submit their applications for the university. This is done through contacting your database, and any assigned scheduled in-person and/or virtual fairs; providing information and the key steps to prospective students and families; responsible for managing consistent contact, and meeting assigned numerical benchmarks necessary for the team to achieve its enrolment goals.
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
- Achieve team inquiry goals (at all levels) through regional and virtual college fairs, visits to high schools, post-secondary institutions and conferences as assigned. Establish and maintain relationships with deep well schools, churches and relevant organizations.
- Actively recruit students with consistent follow-up to the submitted application stage, specifically through email, text, phone calls, and campus and individual visits. Develop rapport with prospective students by providing prompt and professional service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on relevant academic programs, student life activities, special events and other student interested areas.
- Assist with campus visits, including organized group visits, individual appointments and campus tours.
- Manage to completion assigned events and projects, communicating effectively and collegially to achieve objectives.
- Maintain flexibility in office hours, travel responsibilities and coverage during specific recruitment periods as assigned.
- Actively pursue new initiatives and strategies in the recruitment regions assigned and processes in order to grow enrolment and improve effectiveness.
- Act in a manner that exemplifies Jesus Christ in all on and off campus contacts. Display leadership in the promotion of the university to the wider community and constituencies of their recruitment region.
