Description:
NJC SCALE 6 - POINTS 18-20, 40 HOURS PER WEEK, 40 WEEKS A YEAR
We are looking for a resilient, determined and proactive person to join our school to take on the important role of managing school admissions and HR functions. You will be responsible for nursery admissions in September and January alongside Reception and in-year admissions. This role will also require extensive HR tasks to support the SBM, who performs the majority of HR functions in-house. The role demands communication skills of the highest standard and a thorough grounding in safeguarding and confidentiality.
You will be able to build excellent relationships with prospective families and help promote the school. You will support staff in all aspects of HR to ensure full compliance.
You will:
