Description:
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Serves as initial contact for prospective students through multiple platforms to answer inquires and discuss admissions procedures and educational opportunities.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Demonstrate the ability to respond to supervision, guidance and direction in a positive, receptive manner and in accordance with stated policies
Demonstrate skills necessary to look at situations and processes critically to make recommendations for improvement
Possess the knowledge of general written standards and procedures utilized, and have the ability to read, interpret, and follow procedural and policy manual related to the job tasks
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate skills with MS Office products
REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma
Two years customer service experience

- Reviews admissions applications and educational documents for completeness and accuracy and assesses admissions placement through multiple measures set by the colleg
