Working closely with the Global Head of Sales & Admissions and Regional General Managers, you will play a central role in defining the strategy to attract top-talent students to join our Bootcamp while ensuring our processes adhere to the highest standards.
You’ll be responsible for defining the strategy and admissions processes for the regions, aligning them with global processes and guidelines, overseeing all admissions pipelines, as well as managing the admissions team members.

Responsibilities:

  • You have a background in Management, Marketing, or HR, with several years of previous sales experience (education or tech sector a plus)!
  • You have experience managing fast-paced multicultural teams, particularly in sales
  • You are fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, French (and/or) German is a significant plus
  • You are organized, rigorous, and reliable with exceptional attention to detail. You would describe yourself as outgoing, empathetic, sociable and are excited to showcase a passion for presenting Le Wagon to the world.
  • You have an intrinsic sales drive with natural argumentation skills as well as a genuine interest in technology and lifelong education.
  • You constantly utilize data to guide decision-making processes in your work.
